Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The short version
- Our website analytics are anonymous. They use no cookies and store nothing on your device.
- If you ask for a demo, we use your details only to talk with you about Diakrin.
- We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
- Apps built with Diakrin, and their business data and secrets, run in your company’s own cloud.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
Diakrin (“Diakrin”, “we”, “us”) operates the website diakrin.com and the Diakrin console at app.diakrin.com. The company responsible for your information is Diakrin, [registered address]. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, request a demo, contact us, or use the Diakrin console.
2. Information we collect
When you request a demo
We collect your name, work email address, company name, and anything you choose to tell us about what you would like to build. We also record when you sent the request and whether our notification email was delivered.
Security checks on our forms
Our demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and device, including your IP address, to decide whether a request comes from a person. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated requests. We do not store your raw IP address or the security-check token with your request.
Anonymous website analytics
We use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how people use diakrin.com. We collect only a short list of events:
- a visit to the home page, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use;
- opening the demo form and sending a demo request;
- starting or finishing the product film, and choosing one of its chapters.
Each visit gets a random identifier that is kept only in your browser’s memory and disappears when you leave the page. We do not use cookies or local storage for analytics, and we do not collect your IP address, location, referring page, campaign tags, the text you type, or recordings of your session. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we send no analytics at all.
Your display preference
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in local storage. It never leaves your device.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include.
Website hosting
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit.
If your organization uses the Diakrin console
We process account information (such as your name, work email, organization, and role), sign-in and account-security information, and records of governance activity, such as policies, approvals, and deployment status. Your organization’s agreement with us governs this information. Where we process it on your organization’s behalf, we act as its service provider.
Apps built with Diakrin, and their business data and app secrets, run in infrastructure your company owns. Diakrin manages governance policies and the operational information needed to run the service.
3. How we use information
- To reply to demo requests and messages, and to arrange and follow up on conversations about Diakrin.
- To provide, secure, maintain, and support the Diakrin console for our customers.
- To protect our website and services from fraud, abuse, and attacks.
- To understand, in aggregate, which parts of our website are useful.
- To meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interests (responding to you, securing our services, and anonymous measurement of our website), on performing a contract with you or your organization, on your consent where the law requires it, and on legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it for us under contract:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, security checks, and storage of demo requests |
| Resend | Delivering demo requests to our team by email |
| Zoho Mail | Our company email |
| PostHog (United States) | Anonymous website analytics |
| Supabase | Sign-in and account data for the Diakrin console |
| Grafana Labs | Operational monitoring of the Diakrin service |
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting the Diakrin service |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Diakrin, our users, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Demo requests: for as long as we need them to talk with you about Diakrin. We delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
- Abuse-prevention counters: from minutes to hours. Records that prevent duplicate emails last up to 7 days.
- Analytics: analytics events are anonymous. We cannot link them to you, so we cannot find or delete them individually.
- Console accounts: for the term of your organization’s agreement, and afterwards as that agreement or the law requires.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and abuse protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect.
9. Children
Diakrin is a business service. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the updated version here and change the date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will give more prominent notice.
